To log in, you must be approved by Element Metech as a user and have received a username and an activation link.

• Username: Here you type the username you were assigned by Element Metech.
• Password: Your personal password that you set when activating the account or through your profile.

If you forgot your password, click on the Forgot password link. Enter your email address and press Send. Your password is reset and a new activation link is automatically sent to you.

For faster and easier login, you can check the box "Remember my login". Your username and password are then stored locally on your computer as a login cookie. The next time you visit MIO, you will be automatically logged in. Note that this only applies as long as you do not log out. Do not use this option if you share a computer with other people or when you log in from someone else's computer.

If you type the wrong password three times in a row, the login page will be blocked until you close the browser and search the login page again. This is a way to protect MIO against automatic login attempts. If you are logged in and do not perform any activity for an hour, you will be automatically logged out.

Your old account does not automatically work in MIO3. The username is usually your email address, and is the same as before. You have to create a new password through the link in your activation e-mail. If you have not received an activation e-mail, you use the login page's link "Forgot password" to send one to your e-mail. The activation e-mail contains a link that leads to a page where you can create a new password and log in to MIO3.

Every time you log in, you have to visit the welcome page. It displays information and news about things that concern MIO3. It may be, for example, information about new versions of MIO3 or about planned service windows.

• You must create a new password since your old one does not work in MIO3. Your username is still the same.
